Conditions Helped by Homeopathy
Homeopathy addresses the whole person, not just the singular condition or body part that causes suffering or limitations.
At the same time homeopathic care can also help the mood, sleep and energy level of the person in addition to the areas of suffering or discomfort.
Let me offer an example how anxiety can accompany a cold:
A woman is home from work with an intense head cold. In addition to sneezing and a dripping nose she has developed a dull throbbing headache.
Now she is becoming anxious, worrisome and wondering if this really isn't something more serious. She is becoming increasingly nervous by the moment.
You can see the intermingling of the physical symptoms of the head cold with mental and emotional symptoms of anxiety. They appear as a package.
The correct remedy is intended to address all portions of the package.
After taking her remedy, not only should her cold symptoms lessen but her mood and anxiety should definitely be improving.
Let's continue the example:
Her friend at work also has a cold. However, the friend is very weepy, needs constant care. She craves and expects a lot of attention and affection.
This example illustrates the fact that we have our conditions, illnesses or disturbances in our own individual way.
Homeopaths do not recommend one remedy to fit all- for example one remedy for everyone who has the cold.
You receive a remedy for the way YOU have your cold or illness- the ultimate in a customized therapy for you.
